If you find out how to craft something, and you have the proper artisans at the right level and the requisite materials, you can just fill in everything manually. So I crafted large saddle bags, so now I can refill my inventory from any horsie.
I also finished all the privateer contracts, though not at 100% synch. Its like my ship is powerful enough that enemies aren't really a threat, its the pesky optional objectives that get me. Like having to ensure a certain number of allied ships survive, or the Giant and the Storm mission. In it, you face three Man-O-Wars, but to get 100% synch, you have to destroy them in a specific way, expose their weak point and then use the swivel cannon to blow of their powder stores once they're vulnerable. Unfortunately, my ship is a little too powerful, so it easy to kill them outright. Well, not outright, but its hard to hit them just enough to expose the stores, but not hard enough to kill them. Especially with the storm raging, as the giant waves block your shots, so its hard to tell how many times you've actually hit them.
But I do have a better hang of the ammo types- grapeshot for the smaller ships, hot shot for the bigger ships, to expose the weak points and shoot them with the swivel cannon, and chain shot is basically like an ion cannon- it tears down their masts to leave them dead in the water.
TV commentary:
Covert Affairs- I can't believe Annie didn't expect that! I mean, they were looking for the chick under an assumed name because they figured her bf was trying to hide her movements. And all of a sudden, a body shows up under her real name? If it really was her, either there would be no id found, or a fake id found, since she had to use a fake identity to flee and get to her bf! She wouldn't have anything on her to link her to her actual identity! But she marched right over there and fell into a trap!
Person of Interest- Interesting, so this week's CotW (well, second CotW, since Miles from Lost was the firsT) was a lesbian married to another chick, and it wasn't a thing. Ida know, I just thought it was cool that these two chicks were married and the show treated them as they would a heterosexual couple. But geez, Snow warns Carter that Stanton has something up her sleeve, Root is still out there, Elias still has pull even though he's in jail, not to mention the government people who actually control the machine, and now they're adding yet another recurring enemy into the mix? Some ex British SAS guy using his skills for profit. And Reese has actually run into him in the past, or rather the guy ran into Reese though Reese never saw him.
And interesting, Zoe's been working with the team on multiple occasions now, I wonder if Leon (Miles from Lost) will start to do more stuff with them, given he's another computer expert who could help Finch out with that sort of things. Not that they can trust him, like I hope Finch double checked his computer after Miles got on it.
Last Resort- This Booth guy (if that is his real name) is telling the truth, that does make things interesting. So he's part of a group fighting the tyrant currently in office, so technically he's on the same side as them. But 1) His people don't want the Colorado peeps just back yet, they need to be out there as a symbol of the resistance and 2) they don't trust Marcus, they think he's too much of a wild card. So, they're trying to deal with Kendal.
I wonder how bartender chick is gonna feel when she learns Seal guy slept with the Admiral's daughter? But that was kinda funny, like I realize King was confident they defused the bomb, but then everyone gathers around the soldier chick. Its like, hey, maybe you don't want everyone so close to her, just in case?!
Oh, and twist of the night, the CIA mole on the crew is the Hispanic marine chick!
