geebsFinally, after working Friday straight through the labor day weekend, I finally have a day off. I was feeling like total crap Monday morning. Usually I can catch up on sleep, but after doing stuff Friday and Saturday night and then going to a mini-cookout at Chris's after work on Sunday with Krug and Bill, I was wiped. But I certainly couldn't turn down cheeseburgers and brats! Thankfully, it was a pretty uneventful day at work on Monday. Actually got to go to Dragoncon for an hour after work with Krug. Since it was the last couple of hours and browsed the selling place. Looked at swords, but nothing really piqued my interest. (Well, nothing at a reasonable price.)
After we got back, watched more of the 24 marathon on F/X. The tiredness finally hit me and I passed out for about a half hour. But that seemed to re-energize me for the rest of the day. Which is good, since we still had grocery shopping to do.
