TV commentary:

Burn Notice- I'm curious to know what would Michael would have done if the CotW didb't work out in kinda a BS-way. The guy is a murderous gangster, and Mike's play inadvertently put's the guy's wife in his crosshairs. The whole, "Eh, just dump her!" working is a little fantastical though. I mean, you could say the guy did really love his wife, so maybe that's why he was willing to just send her away rather than kill her in revenge for his dad. But that worked out a little too conveniently to keep Michael's conscience clean.

Which, rjv('Cold blooded!') I mean, Mike has played people against their allies before, but the show has made sure to show the people he's framing are horrible monsters, criminals and killers. But as far as you can tell, the only thing the guy's wife was is a bitch. Well, I guess the fact that she knows her husband is a gangster and is fine with it means she's not so innocent, but its a far cry from other folks who've been on the show. Still, it was nice to see that not deter Michael, and he had no qualms about laying everything on the wife.

But like I said, they conveniently have it so Michael manages to convince the guy to not put a bullet in her head like he was planning to do with Rebecca's brother. I wonder if Michael would have tried to save her if the guy was going to kill her.

Suits- What the frick, heh, I know this show is at 10pm, but they sure are taking advantage of that fact. Like how many times did various people say "shit" in this ep?! Whoops, so Mike finds out Donna has the memo and stops her from destroying it and tells her she has to tell Harvey. Unfortunately, Casey from SVU totally freaks her out during a practice deposition, and she ends up destroying it, which royally effs them. Because no one is going to believe Donna did it on her own, even though she did.

Hardman wants to take Casey's advice and throw Harvey under the bus. Which given the monumental screw up that has taken place, is fair. And Jessica isn't willing to do that, because she still needs Harvey as an ally against Hardman. But its still a major screw up, so Jessica has no choice but to fire Donna. Not sure what Mike thought Harvey could do to fix it. She basically destroyed evidence, without Harvey's knowledge, I'm not sure there's any way to spin that.
