TV commentary:
Nikita- Heh, the game keeps a-changing on this show. Though this ep would've served as an acceptable series finale had the show not been renewed. Percy and Roan are dead, and Division is still active, though back working for the government, under Ryan's supervision. Michael, Nikita, Alex, Sean and Birkhoff join him, since he doesn't want to do it without them, and frankly, he'll need their help. I'm surprised Mikey was a nay-sayer at first, because even though his eyes were opened to the corruption of division, he's still Captain America. Given the options, I would think he'd be more accepting of the offer than Nikita would. Or at the very least, since it seemed like it was all hinging on Nikita, that someone other than Michael would be the on whispering in her ear that going back to Division is a bad idea.
Only it really isn't. Yes, Percy had corrupted it, but they still did good work most of the time. I know power corrupts, but I think she can trust having Ryan in charge. And like they said, just shutting down Division would be a disaster. All those highly trained operatives in Division weren't just going to surrender if it just meant rendition. Hell, there were some dicks in Division, but a lot of them were the kinda people Carla was trying to save, people going down a bad path who got a chance to turn their life around. They thought they were heroes, just ending their story there, feeling the fools wouldn't have sit right with them. They might've rioted right then. And then there's all the field agents that need to be brought back into the fold or stopped if they went rogue. Plus, apparently Amanda has an unlocked black box, and not only is she out there, there's that mysterious group Percy was trying to join.
Heh, the scene between Birkhoff and Sonya was cute, with him kissing her in the middle of the floor, and Ryan just shaking his head in his office.
Owel, other touches I liked- Percy realizing he wasn't as smart as he thought. He figured the heart trigger would keep him immune from anyone moving against him. But then Nikita realized she could use the signal being sent out upon his death to trace it to Roan. So she dropped Percy to his death. I also like when Roan got the signal, he showed a moment of emotion, taking off his glasses to lament Percy's death. I mean, he seemed to respect Carla, as she acted as a surrogate mother to him, so Percy was prolly like his father. And his only friend.
But damn, how many times has Alex's arm gotten effed up?!
Degrassi- Finally! Fimogen finally get together! And it looks like Fiona is going to stay for Imogen.
I did like the scene when they completed the school paper. It was nice to see Claire, Alli, Connor and KC back together again, along with Jenna and Eli. All the bad blood seemingly under the bridge. I also like Connor's line when they were talking about Claire staying away for Eli's own good, with Connor saying he understands why they're doing that, but he never liked it when people did that to him. I guess if anyone knew what its like for Eli, its him.
Supernatural- Heh, that was an interesting end to the season. So, Bobby realizes he's gone overboard, so he has the boys destroy the flask to finally put him at peace. Anyways, they manage to kill Dick, but at a high price. In his death throes, Dick happened to pull Dean and Cas into purgatory with him. So now they're trapped their, with a whole lot of monsters looking to tear them apart.
Crowley played everyone against each other and came out on top, leaving Sam be to hunt down the rest of the Leviathans now that they don't have a leader to guide them. But, he's taken Kevin and Meg. So Sam's truly alone, since everyone else is basically dead or missing. Heh, I guess Jody and Felicia Day's character are allies he has that are still alive. But it seems like everyone else they've allied with has been killed off by now.
