Person of Interest- So this episode is quite illuminating. So apparently, since the machine is highly illegal and only a handful of people know of its existence, it attaches its findings to legitimate intel reports. Interesting, I never thought the government would have to hide the stuff the machine comes up with like that.

Heh, so Arlene from True Blood is Finch's ex-fiancee, who thinks he's dead and that he watches over daily? Honestly, she does such a convincing job playing a crazy white trash chick on True Blood that its always weird to see her in other roles where she's not neurotic and hick-ish. And what the frick, I just saw on imdb she was one of the two Southern sisters in My Best Friend's Wedding (the other being Rachel Griffiths, which I knew, but I swear I thought the one that wasn't Rachel Griffiths was someone else), and I just checked it, and yeah, that's totally her. How did I not know that?!

Other things we find out, Finch didn't install the backdoor. He was fine with the government taking the machine and not messing with it anymore once it was handed over. But his friend (who's name I forget, Payson's father from Make It or Break It) was suspicious. Especially since that one Alicia chick was acting all shifty and nervous. So he put it in.

I really need to look at a timeline for all this. So I assume the flashbacks in this ep take place before the flashbacks in last ep. But at that point, when Finch bumped into Reese in the hospital after he find out his ex-gf was killed, had Finch already faked his death? But I guess the mission to China was right before that, obviously. But at that point, Alicia was still with the government. So when did she go on the run? And what is she going to do now that she's discovered Finch is the creator of the machine. I mean, I'm unsure as to her motivations at this point.

Secret Circle- While this isn't nearly as compelling as the other shows I'm currently watching, I'm kinda hoping its renewed just to see how things turn out given the way the season ends. Diana thinks her dad is dead (well Charles. Actually, I guess both dads are dead), having drowned himself to kill the demons in him. But nope, his mother recovered him and used that same sealing spell Amelia did on that one girl all those years ago. But, given the events of this episode, she needs to get a way for a while.

Faye's happy she got her individual powers back, and wants to start having fun again, and has Melissa back at her side. Of everyone, they seem to have the simplest issues. Well, I'm sure they're going the Adam/Melissa route. And I wonder how things will be now that both Faye and her mom have their powers back. But yeah, even though Faye will prolly be back to playing fast and loose with her powers, she's not even close to becoming the most corrupt.

That would be either 1) Cassie, who seems to relish her dark magic or 2) Adam, whom they designated to destroy the crystal skull since he seemed like the goodest, but seems to be basking in its power.

As for Jake, he gets a warning from his grandpa Q that the "circles are coming together" along with a vial of mysterious powder. But ooh, we end with a 4 mysterious individuals (Cassie and Diana's half-siblings?) outside Chance Harbor. I'm curious to see what they're like.
