TV commentary:

Gossip Girl- Ha, I bet the furniture fans were all gloating when Dan/Blair's first time went lousy. But then there was the elevator scene, followed by Dair going at it like bunnies everywhere. You mad, bro?

Wow, Lily was kinda a snooty bitch this episode. I understand she feels betrayed by Ivy, but its kinda sad that all Ivy's been doing is trying to make amends. I stand by my statement that last ep, when Ivy kicked them out of the apartment, it was just a bluff to start Lily talking in the hopes of making some sort of reconciliation, she didn't expect Rufus to have them move back to Brooklyn. But I digress, Lily's the villain in this one. Particularly the way she's all smug when Lola takes her side.

It kinda sucks that given the situation, with Ivy posing as Charlie this whole time, Lola finds it hard to trust the girl who pretended to be her. But Ivy wasn't wrong when she said they were just using Lola and will turn on her when they're done. Well, I don't think in that they'll kick her to the curb once the Ivy business is taken care of, but she will learn that they can be a bunch of distrustful schemers, and if they think Lola is moving against them, even when she's not, they'll pounce on her. Of course, I think Ivy should've countered Lola's "they won't, I'm family!" with "That's what I thought!"

In any case, its kinda amusing because there's so much lying and deception going on surrounding this one little act. William offered to help Ivy with guests for her party honoring Cece, which he says requires a little "grease". Lola overheard part of this conversation, which is one of the reasons why Lola thinks Ivy is being shady. And Lily thinks William is just cahooting with them. She doesn't even know her ex-husband is getting more pressure from her sister, as Carol is threatening to out William as Lola's father if he doesn't get her her inheritance.

I enjoyed the Jack/Chuck scenes this ep. Particularly at the hospital, when Chuck was trying to expose his uncle as a lying liar. From calling the one kid a cripple in front of his face ("Sorry kid, but you are!") to the whole "you tricked me with a fake kid?" ("The kid was real"), its the first time I've actually enjoyed these two characters. And wait, is he really saying he got hep C from Pam Anderson? So he fesses up that he didn't give the blood, and Chuck is all, "You were covering for Elizabeth, weren't you?" Jack doesn't deny it.

In the end though, he calls someone and tells them "Chuck knows, you should come back and take care of this!" I'm sure we're supposed to think its Elizabeth, but given Diana Payne is back to save Nate's paper, I'm guessing they're going with her secretly being Chuck's real mom.
