I don't know why, but Ariana Grande tweeting her approval over the recent Dair turn on Gossip Girl was amusing. Is it ghey to find chyx shipping the same things as you hott?
Anyways, College Humor's spoiler rules vid (which doesn't seem to be embedding on here, which is annoying), is quite fair, I think. Well, other than the knife fighting. And as
clevemire will attest, there is a rule they put forth that I'm often guilty of breaking, the "Well, this really isn't a spoiler..." one.
But the "if you don't want to be spoiled, maybe you shouldn't be on the internet" thing is funny, because one of the things I find annoying on tumblr is when people post complaining about people spoiling the most recent episode of a show on their dash. If its something you care about enough to not be spoiled about, maybe you shouldn't be on tumblr before you see the ep. And while they can at least complain about it being on their dash (though not too much, because if you don't like people spoiling things for you, don't follow them), its ridiculous for them to complain about seeing spoilers when they check the show's tag. I say, enter the tag at your own risk, you're asking to be spoiled. Particularly if you check it while the show is currently on since people use the tag to live-blog and see what other people's reactions are to what's happening on a show as it happens.
Heh, which reminds me,
clevemire pointed out this Onion article to me and the ex-roomie, which basically posits that people who follow TV recap sites are losers who've lost the will to live. I wonder if monitoring the tumblr tag for a show as it airs is considered even more pathetic?
