Ah, another interesting item at this year's Shot Show, the RAAC Akdal MKA1919. Its a semi-auto shotgun from Turkey based on the M16 platform. So its got the AR ergonomics going for it. Its prolly not as reliable as the Saiga, but the AK is not as easily accessorized as the AR.

TV commentary:

Pretty Little Liars- Argh, the old "break up with someone to protect them because the bad guy won't mess with them to get to you" routine. I've stated my displeasure at such plot lines. Maybe it makes me a jerk dragging people I care about down with me, but I just don't feel keeping them in the dark protects them. Because honestly, I don't know the bad guy will stop messing with them if they think I don't care. I mean, if I was a bad guy, why would I stop? It could be a ruse! And lacking any other options, what other pressure points do I have to push? I won't know its no longer a pressure point unless I push it and nothing happens. At best, it works. And its no skin off my back if it doesn't, I'm evil! So all you're doing is keeping them uninformed about a potentially dangerous situation!

So Spencer breaks up with Toby after he gets injured from falling off the scaffolding A sabotaged. How? By getting Emily to tell Toby Spencer is seeing someone else, and Em didn't want to see Toby be played for a fool, because he's her friend and she cares about him. She doesn't name names, but amusingly enough, Wren is his doctor, and Toby witnesses the awkwardness between them. So he jumps to the conclusion that Wren is the guy Spence is seeing, and given that Wren did kiss Spencer when he came back to town way back when, Wren assumes Toby is mad about that when Toby confronts him! HA, how convenient!

Also amusing, how Jenna's confrontation with Toby in the hospital could be read as either vague threats, or her legitimately warning him that the Liars are trouble and he should stay away rather than be collateral damage.

Hanna doesn't break up with Caleb, but she does destroy the files he's been working on, telling him to let the investigation go after she finds out Garrett bumped into him. Again, amusingly enough, it could be just coincidence that Garrett just happened to be eating at that place while Caleb was working on the files. But the Liars are rightly paranoid, so she wants him to drop it before A goes after him.

Luckily, Caleb didn't give Hanna the only copies of his files, and he confronts the other Liars about it. They don't tell him everything (they lie and say Jenna is trying to frame them, and they're trying to find evidence to uncover the real killer so she can no longer do that to them), but its a satisfactory enough answer for him, so he'll continue recovering the files. So, Hanna's keeping Caleb in the dark, and now Caleb is lying to her about not being in the dark.

And jeez, just when it seems Ezra has wizened up and realized, maybe diddling a 16 year old student wasn't too smart and he's in a good place now that its over and her parents haven't gotten him fired/sent to prison/murdered him, he runs back to it. And all because of some silly student he gave a B to who was arguing for a higher grade for his schmaltzy love story he wrote!

Oh, and Noel makes his dumping of Mona final. Because he's seeing Jenna! And despite Emily, Spencer, and Hannah thinking so, Holden is apparently not gay. Or at least he claims not to be. So given Holden and Aria are each other's beards, what kind of person is he seeing that he needs to hide it from his parents?! EDIT- Oh reading the TWoP recap right now, there was a scene where Holden was making eyes at a hot black chick. Ah, so his parents are racist?!

House- So Chase has a younger sister? She sounds hot! Though I may only think that because she has an Aussie accent (or whatever the hell Chase is). I was amused by the side plot. What with Wilson being all, "You always meddle!" to House. At least House rightly called him out by saying Wilson knew exactly what was going to happen when he told House the case, otherwise he wouldn't have mentioned it. He even made a bet with House over it.

It was funny when Wilson was telling the guy about his tumor, and how it would give him back his sex drive, and the guy was hemming and hawing all, "Oh, I don't wanna pressure my supposedly asexual wife!" and she was all, "Oh, um I can deal with it! Sex is totally fun, from what I remember!" HA!
