Glee- I'm amused the "First Time Ever I Saw Your Face", Rach, Tina, Mercedes, and Santana were imagining their loves. Heh, I'm amused for the other girls, it was the first time they ever saw their loves' faces (supposedly), but the memory we see in Tina's head of is her and Mike already together. I'll give them Finn and Rach possibly had a moment like that way before Glee (I'm a little skeptical, given she seemed to just notice him in the pilot when he was blackmailed into joining) and Santana and Brittany (which if the scene is to be believed, then San and Brits weren't friends since childhood then?), but Sam and Mercedes? They knew each other for a while before they even considered dating! Ah'm skeptical they saw each other that way right at the beginning!
Will had adult friends way back in Acafellas, and I would say he and Burt are friends, but he frickin' asks Finn to be his best man if he ever does get married?! ccv('Inappropriate!')
And way to keep Finn's confidence, revealing that he was going to try and enlist before he was ready to tell his mom and Burt! Anyhoo, what's up with the revisionist history? So Carole lied to him this whole time, his father was in Iraq, but didn't die there, he came back and became a drug addict and left them and eventually died of an OD.
But ha, what a douche, he's all woe is me, why can't I have something in my life that's special. Gee, Ida know, how about your girlfriend Rachel, who was sitting right next to you when you said that?! Its stuff like that that makes me wonder how people think Finn and Rachel are this great love. He's constantly being an ignorant doofus like that to her! Although I guess in the end her song does make him realize she is special to him. But proposing to her? Talk about an albatross around Rachel's neck!
Though they had a few reviewers watch an advance screener which they tweeted about, and they were all, "I did not see that end coming!" Really?! I mean, they didn't say what the twist was, but I thought it was going to be some big unexpected surprise! That was friggin obvious he was going to propose that when he was in the jewelry shop with Will! So I thought the Finn proposal was going to be a given, and they were referring to something that would be an actual surprise.
Okay, I don't care what the haters say, Will's proposal with the Glee club was cute. But really, Sue actually encouraging Emma and Will and being all nice to them is pretty weird? I mean, her being all motherly to Becky and dealing with her crush on Artie thing, that's normal, because it mirrors her relationship with her sister.
Also, so his proposal he's all, "I had to stop myself from doing this the first time I ever saw you!" Even when you were married to another woman?!
