So last night's CMTs had Shania and Taylor Swift pulling a Thelma and Louise:

I like Taylor, and have always had a thing for Shania, so I'm amused. But weird, it seemed kind random to have Sam from Glee in the Brad Pitt role.

TV commentary

South Park- Heh, so I heard Matt and Trey have basically checked out of South Park. Like, they're still doing the show because they're contractually obligated to do it, but its no secret they want the show to be over. But ha, I totally missed at first that Stan's parents arguing and saying "its the same old thing every week and it only gets more ridiculous" was Matt and Trey sneaking in their feelings on the matter.

Owel, the whole "cynical a-hole" aspect of the ep was pretty amusing, though I'm glad to say I'm not that cynical so I can still enjoy stuff that people consider crap.

Was this the City Wok/City Sushi ep you're talking about? I vaguely remember that line but not in the context of this episode... I just can't remember.

And it's too bad they're tired of it. But it has been on forever, so I can kind of understand. I don't think I'd be super upset if they finally put it to rest.
