Doctor Who- I know I keep saying this, but Amy is seriously the hottest of the Doc's companions. At least of the 2000s era. But holy cow, this ep! What the?! And argh, this is the last ep until the Fall?!! What a cruel thing to leave us on!
So we finally learn who River Song is! If you were one of the few people who correctly ascertained she was Amy and Rory's daughter, congratulations, you got yourself a fish biscuit!
Hmm, I'm kinda curious though, has she always known this and kept it mum? Or was this something she found out one of the times in between her meetings with the Doc and his companions? I mean, the way she looks at Rory when he comes around asking for her help is very meaningful, but its odd that this is the first time she's ever acted this way towards her apparent parents.
I mean, if she exists all growed up, obviously things work out for her, but now I'm curious how much she's known. While she does do the "spoilers, dear" thing, she at least acknowledges she knows more about the doc than she lets on. But as far as I can tell she's never acted that way towards Amy and Rory.
Also, if the little girl they show regenerating is her, how does that work? Then again, I guess if she stopped the doctor from killing himself in the library all those episodes ago, then that means it would have killed him before he could regenerate, so even if she also has the ability to regenerate then she would permanently die too, as she did.
Definitely can't wait until the next ep though!
