Weird, I did not realize Shay Mitchell on Pretty Little Liars was also part flip. I mentioned a few weeks ago I had no idea Darren Criss was either. I think there was someone else I was surprised to learn was part Filipino. I also recently came to the realization that there are more than a few pr0n chyx I like who are part Filipino- Renae Cruz, Brooke Milano, and Michelle Maylene, to name a few.

Speaking of part-Filipino hotties, this is my chance to segue into the fact that I saw Sucker Punch today with the usual suspects. I loved it and thought it was totally awesome- the rest of the guys, they disliked the "plot" enough that it ruined the movie for them. Eh, I could get past it. It seems Zach Snyder was more interested in making "kewl" action music videos with hottie hots, and instead of just going with that and have minimal plot to tie it all together, he tried to be a little too fancy, and it didn't seem to work for the majority of people.

Still, no one can say it didn't look incredible visually, had cool action and hot chyx. And I actually thought the soundtrack was awesome, I liked their covers of "Where Is My Mind?", "White Rabbit", and the Queen "I Want It All/We Will Rock You Mash Up". (Though apparently so did this one possibly retarded guy in the audience, he seemed to be going into weird fits during the movie, shaking like a freak, but I think that was him trying to "get down" with the music. Plus, he would friggin' constantly make stupid ass comments after every trailer in the beginning, which bugged).

But heh, when the first trailer came out, I joked that it have everything I loved, except musical numbers, and if it had that, I would think it was the awesomest movie evar! And it did (and is therefore one of the awesomest movies evar), during the credits, Carla Gugino and the main guy did a song, with snippets of the girls dancing in sexy outfits. I don't think Baby Doll was included (though oddly enough a lot of the covers on the soundtrack were sung by her, even though her singing did not play into the movie at all), and I don't recall Sweet Pea (Abbie Cornish) either, but they had Amber (Jamie Chung) dancing in a sexy french maid outfit, Blondie (Vanessa Hudgens) in a belly dancer outfit swinging on a pole, and Rocket (Jena Malone) in a sexy nurse's outfit.

Speaking of Jena Malone, she recently starred in Dirty Vegas' latest music video, for Electric Love:

Not sure what the plot is about though, does the one guy have a thing for Jena Malone, and he's fantasizing about her in all these different sitches? Are they an item but she's embarrassed of him and keeping the fact they're dating a secret? I don't get it!

Owel, after had a cookout at the ex-roomies. Lots of good food as usual. Also played the Arkham Horror-ish "Mansions of Madness" and the similarly themed "Betrayal at House on the Hill". Both were fun games.

Yeah, I knew Shay Mitchell was the only one of the Liars who wasn't white, but I wasn't sure what her ethnicity was supposed to be. I mean, even both of Emily's parents on the show, their race was kinda indeterminate. (Although I guess Nia Peeples also has a little Filipino in her as well). I guess she had both vaguely hispanic and asian features, and in my experience, often times they end up being Filipino, so I should've realized that.

As for Sucker Punch, I think Baby Doll was given the sexiest outfits in the movie, but in terms of actual hotness in both the movie and real life, I think it would have to be V-Hudge, with Jamie Chung a close second. I mean, normally between those two it would be no contest, Vanessa all the way, but I kinda liked the pilot theme Amber going had in the movie, sucking on the lollipops.
