Glee- Okay, ha, when I first heard the Glee version of Prince's "Kiss" a few days ago, I did not realize that was actually Will and not Holly singing in the beginning. That's friggin' hilarious! But yeah, what a crazy episode! I mean, it started off silly and goofy, but lots of great and dramatic stuff in this, as well as some good character development!
The Britanna and Kurt stuff was well done, I thought. The scene where Brit and Santana sing Landslide with Holly was sweet and touching. So San is a bitch because she loves Britney but she's scared of what will happen if she comes out? I like that they actually called back to the fact that Kurt was basically chased out of school for being gay and that loss is being felt by the rest of the Glee club. But aw, poor Santana, Brit loves her, but she also loves Artie, and she doesn't want to just dump him. Interesting though, so Santana and Brit are both bi?
What are the chances?
Cool that there's also progression on the Kurt and Blaine front, what with Blaine actually conversing with Burt. And Burt once again is the too good to be true TV dad. I'd say its a little ridiculous at how amazing Burt is as the parent of a gay teen, but its nice to see a gay teen on TV not have to deal with a parent ostracizing them and all that drama. But yeah, despite his uncomfortableness with the subject, he gave Kurt the sex talk, because that's important for a teen, regardless of age.
But yeah, even the ridiculous Lauren and Puck wanting to make a sex tape stuff lead to actually character development, what with Holly informing them they could get in serious trouble if they did make a tape. So this scares some sense into Puck, who doesn't actually want to make the same mistakes he's made in the past, since he actually likes Lauren.
Afternoon Delight was hilarious, although it was kinda ridiculous that Emma and Carl have been married for four months and still haven't had relations. How understanding is Carl?!
And Quinn and Finn are back together? But why are they hiding it? Neither of them are attached, so why keep it a secret. I'm prolly in the minority, but as I said before, I actually liked them together. I'm sure this will cause drama once Rach finds out, which kinda sucks, because I like seeing Quinn and Rachel as friends. Them together during "Do You Wanna Touch Me" was pretty amusing.
