So, the 2011 Shot Show is this week. The only thing unveiled that caught my eye is Kel Tec's new bullpup shotgun. Only a few inches over 2 feet in total length, but the bullpup design allows it to have an 18 inch barrel, which is a definite accuracy advantage over your typical sawed-off shotguns. Also an advantage? Magazine capacity! Most of the cut down pump actions give you about 4 or 5 shots. Between the bullpup design and the dual tubes (as people have said, reminiscent of the South African Neostead), capacity is 14+1. The dual tubes also allow you to pack different round types in the left and right tubes, so you can switch between slugs and shot on the fly.
As is the case with most long arms today, its got picatinny rails for accessories. Also, the rounds eject downward so lefties won't have a problem using it. Its a pretty awesome looking gun that provides for a lot of compact firepower.
