The Office- An amusing enough Christmas ep of the Office. I actually found Erin's thing about Holly kinda hilarious, from her "Sorry, I'm waiting for Michael's pretty friend" to the "I don't think she can afford to be sending guys away", like how hilarious and unintentionally bitchy!
And Jim just straight up pelting Dwight right in the face with a snowball in the beginning was a huge dick move, so on the one hand, he did bring it on himself. Though Dwight did take it to far. I mean, they were chastising Jim, but at least he didn't make Dwight bleed. I thought Dwight's pranks were kinda amusing though, like disguising himself as Pam, or the parking lot full of snowmen. Although I have to wonder, the first snowman thing, if Dwight was in the snowman, who chained up the doors?
Nikita- Interesting game-changer of an episode! So Alex finally gets her graduation mission, but she freezes up and Nikita has to save her. Interesting to see some new flashbacks that indicate infiltrating Division was Alex's idea- Nikita was just training Alex to be her protege and intending for them to go on ops together. But Division was always one step ahead of them, so Alex figures she should become a recruit so she'd be on the inside to use that shell program Nikita wrote. Also interesting was the new take on the first scene of the show- Alex was supposed to kill the guy, that whole thing with the guy getting the jump on her because she hesitated and Nikita having to kill the guy for her was real, not something to make it look like she was wrongfully accused.
Anyhoo, Birkhoff found the program, and due to Percy getting on and chatting, they find out she's gonna be at their next mission and set up a trap for her. So Alex and Nikita are cornered, so they're only choice is to have Alex "capture" Nikita. And hope to escape ASAP.
Unfortunately, Jaden has gone to Thom with her concerns about Alex, even giving him the imprint thing Alex used to sneak into Percy's. So Thom ends up catching Alex as she sets up her and Nikita's escape. And so they fight, and she accidentally kills him. She actually decides to stay on the inside, framing Thom as the mole, even though she feels really bad. (How convenient was it that he ended up having the fingerprint thing in his possession!)
Owel, although the chat program was discovered, since Alex has graduated and is a rising star for managing to get the jump on Nikita, she's free to go out and contact Nikita that way. Although Jaden liked Thom somewhat, so I'm sure she'll be pissed about this whole thing. Like she has to know Alex framed Thom when the rumors start flying about him being a mole. But I guess with Alex being an agent and Jaden still a recruit, she's at a disadvantage. I'm sure she'll be going after Alex even more now though!
