TV commentary:
House- Weird, so Joanie from Hannah Montana was the CotW on this, then showed up again an hour later on Lie To Me? How awkward is that family gonna be now? I mean, she basically got her stepfather killed by grabbing that random jar with the scabs from that wreck!
Hawaii Five-O- How obvious was it on who the assassin was working with? As soon as they introduced Mac from the Unit as McGarrett's friend, I immediately knew he was working with Lex's wife (has she reached that girl status yet?) Not to nitpick or anything, but if the group had the resources of a big private security firm like his, why did they need to kill that random lady and use her house? Also, I couldn't tell if he was serious or not when he said he would spare them if they just gave him the general. On the one hand, it seems like the guy prolly could've overwhelmed the team but was holding back initially (and foolishly giving McGarrett time to prepare) because he and McGarrett were old friends. But it seems like unless they were getting a really big payday, I wouldn't think he'd want anyone knowing it was his company that did the hit. Plus, it sounded like he was saying he would spare the wife and kid, but that one guy in the beginning got cold feet because they wanted to kill the wife and kid.
And when they initially attacked the caravan (wait, so in addition to that guy's team, and Hawaii Five-0, was there just another random set of people helping to guard the General and his family whom the guy was able to blow up by having planted explosives on their vehicle before hand?), I was kinda annoyed that the guy didn't do the same thing they did- I mean, it was obvious 5-O was purposely disabling his vehicle, Jin took out the engine block, then McGarrett shot out all their tires, with them using their own vehicles as cover, why didn't he try and shoot out their tires or engine to prevent them from fleeing?
