Chuck- People complain about the stunt casting on Glee, but it seems Chuck is all about the stunt casting. Not that I have a problem with that. Anyways, in addition to Linda Hamilton showing up again, Robert Englund plays a scary guy. Is he like obligated to be a guest star on at least on Halloween ep a year as a creepy guy? (well, I guess his guest spot on Bones last year wasn't a Halloween ep) Given how the ep ends, with Sarah and Casey grabbing her because she might really be a bad guy, right as she was about to meet up with Ellie finally, and Chuck having to reluctantly tell Ellie their mom isn't coming because she's a spy, I wonder if he'll have to give Ellie full disclosure now? It would be silly for him to continue to keep things mum at that point. And why did he leave the teddy bear his mum got for her grand-daughter out there on the street?!
Gossip Girl- You know, I just don't see how everyone finding out little J lost her V-card to Chuck "totally humiliates" Chuck and Blair. Hmm, interesting developments on the Juliet front though. So after all that stuff with Serena and the professor guy (what's with all these girls going out with their teachers nowadays?) and it seeming like Serena might be heading towards a stable romance, he's possibly in cahoots with Juliet? And with her "brother" (wait, have they actually ever established if jail guy is actually her brother or not?) kicking the Captain's ass in prison to get her back on board, are they ever gonna actually let the audience know what the hell these people have against the UESers?!
90210- So is Oscar finally gone, now that his plan has come to fruition? Although along the lines of what I said about Gossip Girl earlier, I find his plan ridiculous. So Ivy's mom broke up his parent's marriage and caused his mom to kill herself, so he decides he would get revenge by banging the both mother and daughter?! Its more weird and strange than anything. I guess Ivy is totally unaware of this part yet? But heh, not only is she pissed that her mom was doing Oscar, but she's upset because she doesn't know how to reveal what happened to Dixon, now that he's come clean about the whole pushing her away because he caught HIV from Sasha.
Interesting, are they going for a redemption arc with Jen, with her overhearing about Naomi's rape and wanting revenge for her? Although its kinda silly that Matthews, despite being so bombed out of his mind that he wrecked the sign, that he actually remembers seeing Naomi and Cannon through the window? I mean, I applaud him for being willing to risk his job to go to bat for her, but 1) he was totally drunk, and 2) he didn't actually see anything happen.
And heh, are they turning Liam into Ryan Atwood now, what with his stalker girl getting her mom to "hire" him and live in their poolhouse? But weird, given Liam was working as a shirtless model just earlier that afternoon and he's on the friggin surf team, its only now that people have noticed that scar on his lower back? And his stepbrother is also scarred up. Man, they must've had a messed up home life back then.
But ha, I was amused at Annie sneaking into the guy's reading and finding out he's dark. I mean, given the Jasper thing last year, and Liam not exactly being a boy scout, maybe she does give off some weird pheromones that attract the worst kinda guys.
Ah, and Navid finds out Ade's secret and is understanding, and convinces A to tell Javier's uncle to eff off, he'll be there for her if it all comes crashing down. But when she finally does, he gets her back under his spell by showing her new magazine cover and how she's about to hit it big, so she chooses fame.
