geebsI thought this was an amusing article: Fan made credit sequences that are way better than the ones used by the show.
Although all the shows they mention lack the normal credit sequences, so there's nothing for these things to actually be better than. But, still, they are pretty well-made. The Lost one is pretty clever, in particular, I think it does kinda mesh with the feel of the show.
TV Commentary:
Burn Notice- Ah, I figured that's how it was going to go. Michael pulled one out of the Leverage books. He and Sam ended up in a position where they were holding some peeps hostage including the villain of the week and were surrounded by police. The way to get out of that, of course, is somehow get the guns in the real bad guys hands right before the police breech, so the cops think you were one of the hostages and that the bad guys were the hostage takers the whole time. Particularly if the cops have no way of identifying any body being one or the other.
Of course, it was a little tenser than the Leverage version. In Leverage, the one guy was a total a-hole anyways, so the other hostages had no probs lying. But this one, even though the one chick was obviously gonna cover for Sam and Mike and their friend, they didn't exactly have her cooperation just yet when the police came in.
Owel, Numbers chick being a bad guy wasn't too surprising. For one, it would be weird to have her in just a one shot nosy neighbor role. But I guess she did a good job as a fake neighbor. I mean, my first thought when Fi and Jesse bumped into her was she was watching the house for people to show up and she's involved with the group. But then they acted like she was just a nosy neighbor, and she seemed normal, so I thought, "Okay, maybe she is just a nosy neighbor."
