geebsHad dinner at the Bone Garden with the ex-roomie last night. I wonder if I've had all their tacos? Well, obviously not, since I've only been there twice, and I got three tacos each each time, and there's 12 kinds and I'm pretty sure I repeated some.
TV Commentary:
Lie To Me- Interesting ep. So we learn a little more about cal and Jillian's pasts, and how they first met both working at the Pentagon. One thing that confused me though, so the first time Cal met with that guy in the stadium, he was jumped by a bunch of guys when he removed the assassin guy's hood. So when Cal arranged that trap and Robert the Bruce showed up, where was that guy's backup? Did he just show up by himself that time for some reason?
The Good Guys- Does that chick who played the call girl always play whores? I remember her as the literal Whore of Babylon on Supernatural, and on Cold Case as a chick with a reputation for being a slut who got stoned to death (as in the toss stones at people kinda stoned, not that she OD-ed) because she knew all these secrets about the people who stoned her.
Secret Life- So Adrian is still preggers, and I guess its her intention to get an abortion? Which is why she's keeping mum, because she doesn't wanting it getting back to Grace and Jack and getting a lecture for them. But Ash finds out when she tries to bum a ride of Adrian, and Ricky figures out when bonehead Ben leaves a voice mail for Ricky and forgets to hang up so he's privy to the convo when Alice and Hank show up and he hears Alice tell Ben that pregnancy tests are pretty accurate and Adrian has to be lying.
Anyways, wow, people don't think too much of Ben, do they? Their main argument about lying to him is basically that he's this pathetic sheltered loser who can't handle it. But he does eventually figure out she's lying to him, and tells his dad. Heh, its one thing for Grace to lecture Adrian about how abortions are un-Christian, but now that you have a rich guy like the Sausage King involved, I'm curious how things will go now. It is Ben's child too, so they might have issue with her terminating it.
But I can't wait for the crazy drama when Amy finds out!
Pretty Little Liars- Wait, is it me, or is the cop guy kinda creepy? I mean, he obviously thinks the girls are lying, and is staying on their asses. But its weird since he also seems to be dating Hanna's mom now. How the hell does that work? If the girls are really persons of interest, wouldn't the fact that the lead investigative officer is screwing one of their mothers a huge conflict of interest!?
Also, while the girls do have some secrets they can't help but wonder how A found out (in addition to the ones they actually told her), I don't think Aria and Mr Fitz being involved should be one of them. I mean, that she shouldn't wonder how A found out, because its a wonder the whole school doesn't know, given the way they constantly moon at each other. But Spencer's sister does find out that Spencer and her fiancee have been fooling around. For two people who are supposed to be geniuses, you think they'd be smart enough to realize its prolly not wise to be making out in the middle of her bedroom with the door wide open with her family in the house!
So her sister (I don't remember what Crazy Nanny Carrie's name is in this) kicks Wren (seriously, who the hell is named Wren?) to the curb. I'm surprised that's all that happened to him. Particularly since they seem to be a rich and powerful family. I mean, he has to be in his mid 20s. I would think if some girl took her 20-something fiancee to stay with her and her family, and he got caught messing around with her teenage sister, they could/would make his life a living hell!
