TV Commentary:
Degrassi- Cool, they haven't had Fiona on for a while. Okay, it was kinda sweet of Declan trying to get his sister a part in the play because he wants her to start enjoying the school as much as he has, and he wants her to be happy. Of course, the pervert in me thinks maybe he cares a little too much about her happiness, but I'm sure its just normal sibling caring about each other rather than some weird incestuous thing. But hey, his sister is pretty cute, I wouldn't fault him for it.
Anyways, this was the second part of the coach is a pervert storyline. Its definitely weird that he didn't really touch KC or anything, though the whole hiring a hooker thing was definitely effed up. But yeah, since coach didn't touch him, he's thinking there isn't anything for KC to report him on, though I would think the beers and the pr0n and the hooker thing should be damning enough! But he did end up showing KC the glock he keeps in his car. And KC breaks into the car and they act like he's gonna shoot the coach or himself or the school or something. But nope, he turns it into Snake and Mrs. H to get the coach in trouble for having a gun on campus?! I don't know why they had to go with such theatrics, as I said, even if the coach didn't molest him, I think what he did was shady enough that KC could report him and the school would take it seriously.
Supernatural- Hmm, that was an unexpected twist. We continue from last week, where Dean has run off and is getting his affairs in order before he makes the deal to be Michael's vessel. But, Castiel finds him in time and they put Dean in lock down at Bobby's place.
But Castiel gets wind of another plan through the angel network. I guess even though he's on the outs, he can still hear their messages to each other? Anyways, he teleports to a field somewhere, and ends up having to dispatch a couple of angels. I guess its the Christian in me, but even if the angels are trying to jump start the apocalypse so they can be rid of the demons once and for all, damn the consequences to the rest of the world, it still squicks me out when its the good guys killing them. Anyhoo, in the field, he recovers... Adam! I guess the past few eps established its no problem for the angels to resurrect people they need, and that Michael can inhabit any one in the Winchester blood line. So the assumption is they brought Adam back to take Dean's place.
So its a double Winchester lock down at Bobby's, with Cas branding the same obscuring sigil on the third Winchester brother. But Dean manages to secretly scribble one of the angel banishment sigils to get rid of Cas so he can escape. He makes it to one of the fringe believers to try and tell the angels his location so he can make the deal. But its Castiel who shows up, and beats the stuffing out of Dean. His anger is understandable. The Winchesters flaunted their supposed destiny, and Cas turned from his brethren to help them. And now Dean changed his mind and made what Cas did for nothing? He brings Dean back, but its Adam who's gone now. Zacariah visited him in a dream and convinced him to reveal his location so the angels can teleport him out of there.
Unfortunately for Adam, when he gets to the green room, Zac reveals he's not the chosen one, part deux, but rather just bait to get Dean to show up since its still always Dean. Cas knows where the Green Room is (in an abandoned muffler store in Van Nuys!), but its guarded by several angels. So, he distracts them so the Winchester boys can get in. He dispatches one, and then when he's surrounded by the rest, he reveals he carved the banishment sigil on himself, and uses it to get them out of the way.
Dean and Sam enter the Green Room, but of course Zachariah easily overpowers them. He gives Sam and Adam ebola and it seems like Dean is finally broken enough to accept and he tells Zach as much. So Zach calls Michael down, and then Dean reveals, "Wait, only under certain conditions!" Its not the whole protection for Lisa and his other loved ones thing, but rather, he wants Michael to smite Zach first. Zachariah is understandably pissed, and is all, Mike wouldn't smoke him for Dean. We don't find out if he would, because Zach was so emotionally charged that he is unable to stop Dean from sucker stabbing him with Cas' angel sword, killing him.
But Michael is still coming down. Sam and Dean make it out of the Green Room in time, but Adam isn't. He disappears in a flash of light. Interesting, so will he end up coming back as Michael's temporary vessel? Given Lucifer is wanting to transfer out of Jacob to Sam because Jacob isn't his true vessel and can't contain his power, I assume Michael in Adam will have the same problem? So, with the two angels in human form, will they end up fighting it out that way, leaving the Winchester boys to throw some sort of monkey wrench into the final battle?
Anyways, besides Adam being missing, guess the Angels have Castiel too? The ep ends with Dean finally admitting that he can't say yes to the deal, because he doesn't want to let Sam down, and that they'll find Cas and figure out how to stop all the madness.
