True Blood- I think my favorite thing this season is Jessica. The father-daughter relationship she has with Bill is both cute and hilarious. Like when they were driving back (I knew he was just gonna glamer her family) and she was acting like your typical bratty teenager. But it was nice to see her go from telling him to eat shit to giving him advice on Sookie. Its like, aw, even though she gets mad at them, she wants her new surrogate parents to stay together. Then later, when they come back from Fangtasia and Sookie thinks its cute that he got all these outfits for Jessica, and then they come in and see her with Hoyt and Bill is all protective father?
Speaking of Hoyt, he and Jessica are just too cute! You knew it was coming when he asked Sookie if she knew any vamp hotties at the end of last season. But he goes up to her, and you know she's new to this, being a sheltered Christian girl, so even though she's pretty cute, I bet its not something she's used to. But yeah, between being scared revealing she was a vamp and then getting this surge of confidence when Hoyt is totally cool with it. And then when they're making out at Bill's House, and she gets totally embarrassed at her fangs coming out. Its like the whole awkward teenage thing, but with vamps. I think he could be good for her. Hopefully Bill will let them continue to each other and not get all protective father, because even though he's all, she's not human and she's dangerous, I think she needs interactions like that to keep her from becoming the monster he thinks she'll be.
So Sam thinks of leaving, but then the new waitress chick goes skinny dipping with him. I find it totally hilarious whenever he gets bummed out about a girl (Sookie getting with Bill, Tara hanging with Maryann), he always gets over it by screwing some other chick. But uh oh, it looks like she's been attacked by the same thing that attacked Sookie.
What was that thing anyways? A frickin' Minotaur or something? From the previews, I thought they would be introducing werewolves, but it has that giant bull head, and even Eric and Pam have no idea what it was. And did I miss something, why do people in the forums think Maryann sent it after her?
But interesting, its obvious she's taken an interest in Tara for some reason. Its weird she's not pulled into that whole orgy-excess thing, so I wonder if that's why Maryann has been looking into her. Or is Maryann just choosing not to affect her?
I wonder how long it will be until Jason bangs the preacher's wife. Like, is this the longest he's ever gone without sex?! And having weird semi-erotic dreams about Jimmy James?! Weird!
