Secret Life- Ah, so my suspicions were true. With Grace crying on the bed, and Ricky all, "Did you turn on the news?", someone was going to die. I was actually betting on Jack first, like he'd die before or after he and Grace did it. But then Bo Duke got on a private plane and they made a deal about it, I was pretty sure it was going to be him. In any case, I knew it would end up coloring Grace's first time. Not to sound callous, but I'm thinking Jack's not getting some any time soon, given Grace got into her argument with her dad about sex, and then when she finally does it, he dies? Wow, she's totally gonna be screwed up, especially as Adrian rightly pointed out, she wasn't ready. Oh, and because her retard brother was all, "This is your fault!" But what does he know, he's retarded!
As for everyone freaking out whenever someone was about to tell them Bo Duke was dead, George thinking it was Ashley was totally weird. Like why the hell would he think his daughter died next door and he wouldn't know it given he was up all night?! Plus, Anne would be more broken up telling him if that were the case! Adrian's reaction is the most understandable, its like geez, Ricky, when you're telling someone who's mother is A FLIGHT ATTENDANT about a big plane crash, you might want to get to the point that its not her mom! As for Ben, it is kinda reasonable for him to worry about Amy or the baby. But why the hell is he being told? Its not like he knew Grace all that well. At least Adrian and Ricky are her best friends, and George used to be married to Grace's mom. It just seems odd that they would cover his reaction.
Oh, I find Mimsy all "Anne was always developed" hysterical, given Molly Ringwald's small boobness was a plot point of Sixteen Candles. But yeah, the baby totally has to be George's, particularly when they're drawing too much attention to him having had a vasectomy. But wow, that was a huge dick movie telling that one guy Anne's preggers.
The Closer- I was going to wonder if the episodes were shown out of order, but it can't be because of Captain Harris still being cheery again, and the whole thing with the cat. But it does seem very odd that they're only now bringing up that Daniels leaving has the rest of the squad miffed at him. Like, I didn't notice them having problems with him in the last two eps.
At first, it took me a minute to figure out who Taylor and Gabriel were talking about in the beginning. I was all, who the hell is Irene?! Oh, and I'm guessing Brenda will be butting heads with President Rosalyn again?
