Happy Thanksgiving!

geebsBeen chilling in NYC since Tuesday night. Basically loafed around Wednesday. Thursday was the usual celebration activites- eating and karaoke. The food was good and filling. sparkyboy vs isabel79 and 7500centfish vs durlxnemesis's sisters J and A. We each picked a song and then the team would do a random song. It was close. Before the random song, me and my brother and E & T were tied with an avg of 96/100, while J and A was slightly ahead with a 96.5/100 average. But me and Al pulled off the miracle win by harmonzing our way to victory with Clapton's "Tears in Heaven". I know, we are such dorks. But it was a good time. Went upstairs later and saw D playing with one of those controller/light gun thingies that has like a jillion old nintendo/atari games built in. Either the gun was extremely accurate, or the skeet shooting part of duck hunt was way easier then I remember because I was blowing through that. I mean, I even switched to shooting left handed to make it a challenge. Finally switched to Wild Outlaw, which was pretty fun. Had to do two on one, because one on one was too easy.
E also brought over the latest ep of Veronica Mars that I told her to tape for me since I was lfying at the time. Interesting ep. . I wonder if this rich girl she helped will be around for more eps? Or is she some girl who's all "not everyone hates you, I'll be your friend" and then like disappear. And I'm surprised the intimidation that Keith did worked. Sure, he acted all crazy, but the guy seemed to leave pretty quickly and easily. Of course, the waiting in the dark thing was creepy, as was the waiting by the bed when he woke up. SO I guess that might be enough. And I refuse to believe Veronica and Duncan are brother and sister. That's too risque, even for UPN! Like I said before, if not for the ep where Duncan gets off his meds and has the hot dreams about her, I would think it a possibility. They didn't do it, as she only lost her v-card after that one party where she was slipped a roofie. So if he dumped her because he found out they were brother and sister and that's also why Lily tried to steer her away from him, the plot works IF he didn't still seem attracted to her in those other eps. And I would think his father and her mother would have been more admant in them not dating! All inall, I think this "they might be bro and sis" is a red herring. No way that it turns out to be actually true!
