geebs | (no subject)

Nice quiet day at work today. The day has gone by rather quickly, and I didn't even get sleepy or anything. Worked on a new real short, and rather clean story for DA this morning, then grabbed myself some lunch at the varsity. Also picked up a samich at subway for D. I don't know if its because I'm going without the glasses lately, but the girl working there was flirting with me. Or mebbe its because I was wearing my "Trust Me, I'm a Doctor" T-shirt (I would put a link here, but I can't find it on Urban Outfitters website) I think she was hoping I was either a doctor, or studying to be one, thus making some decent bank, and if she could get with me, I could rescue her from a life of fast food waiting. Because once she found out that neither were the case, she started sounding all disappointed.

After lunch, almost finished up what I was writing, then started on getting those new racks set up. The first one was so so, but I was able to use that as a baseline to get the measurements for the next one which went just about perfect. Just have the last one to do tomorrow, but that shouldn't be a problem. Marked it out with a sharpie, and just half an hour to an hour with a power-driver and it should be done! But I love it when everythng lines up perfectly and that bubble in the lever is all centered. Its a wonderful feeling! Ha!
