geebsOwel, been spending most of the time at work getting these new computer cabinets ready. I have until tomorrow but I think I can get it done by today. Besides, its fun. I dunno why more people don't like playing with tools around here. Of course, my obsessive-compulsive side has been coming out a little. I mean, I've been pulling out the rulers and levels trying to get everything exactly right. And hey, I'm wearing cargo pants today so I can carry most of all what I need on me (well, except for the cordless drill/driver).
And yes, life is so hum drum right now that I've just made an entry about having fun building cabinetry and the utility of cargo pants. Well, I do think comic book store girl was impressed by my suave coolness yesterday. But then again, who wouldn't be? And keeping with my toolin' theme of the past few days, decided to buy and install a new showerhead. It has 4 settings!
Oh, and with the OC done for the season my Wed night TV commentary is way short:
Seriously, what's with all her female ex-best friends having sapphic kinda crushes on her? First Tina Greer, now Emily Dinsmore. (For some reason, that name makes me think of beef stew, proly cause its close to Dinty Moore) And there are Chloe/Lana undertones from time to time.
And its not just the girls. Is Lex trying to scam on Lana too now? But in the beginnning of the ep, who was Clark jealous of? Lex, or Lana? Ha! Though the rich kid who has problems with his father hooking up with the total hottie girl next door that his best friend with secret super powers who's superhero name starts with "s" and ends with "n" has had a crush on since they were kids but doesn't do anything about it angle has been done already!
Okay, I get the whole thing with Drogen (the battlebrand!) not being able to lie so sending that assassin after him who thinks he knows the truth was the perfect way to convince the baddies Angel's turn was legitimate. But in the end, he was all, "I knew he could handle himself" as if he thought Drogen would be safe. But Angel also fed on him then snapped his neck like a twig! Maybe he could survive something like that? So I guess they're going all out next week.
Oh, and I guess they definitively proved Angel could have meaningless sex or screw a girl he was seeing but not madly in love with and not suffer any ill consequences.
