chyx, movies, guns, cars, and food

isabel79 was complaining about me complaining about the cold, saying I should go back to my usual topics of "chyx, movies, guns, cars, and food". So I will:
Chyx: Its been a pretty busy morning so far, because cute-sounding chick who works in c-note's building sent out a big ticket. And "E" hottie is in. I thought she was listed on the vacation board. And is it me, or is Kirsten's sister Hailey on the O.C. kinda hot? I wonder how old she is supposed to be on the show? There's a ten year difference between her and Jimmy, and Jimmy and Kirsten are the same age. Sandy said he first met Kirsten at 22, and Seth's 17. So if it was a whirlwind romance between Sandy and Kirsten and they had Seth a year or two afterwards, that would make Sandy 41. I guess Sandy and Kirsten don't have to be the same age, so let's say she met him while she was a college freshman and he was a college senior. So she would be like 37, making Hailey about my age. She looks younger than that though. Why do I care?
Movies (and TV and video games, since I talk about that as much as I do movies): Caught the first part of VH-1's 100 hottest hotties, 100-81, before switching to the OC at 9. Pretty amusing ep. Seriously, I know I bring this up all the time, but again they were playing Dynasty Warriors 4. Either Koei's like paying them or something, or the writers or TPTB are big fans. Which would be cool. Actually, they did play another game besides DW4, some football game. As Seth on the show pointed out, "Who plays playstation for the sports games?" Ah know, raht? I've never liked sports games. I actually really suck at them. I dunno what it is, I just can't get a handle on them.
guns: At first, I was wondering why they would want to start replacing m4s/m16s with xm8s, since they're not that much of an improvement, and as someone pointed out, if you're gonna replace them with a g-36 clone, why not just get a g-36 instead? But an article posted on Army Times made some sense, since the xm8 was supposed to be the KE-kill part of the xm29, and it doesn't look like that'll be fielded anytime soon, they wanted to at least get some of the new technology out to the soldiers sooner. Of course, its not really that new technology, the diff between it and the m4s are minimal. But the way they say it, it sounds justified to the taxpayers. And the xm8s really do look like starship trooper props!
cars: Spoke with GB about the new cars being showed at the auto shows while waiting at the microwave. I like the new Mustang. It kinda looks like the models from the 60s-70s, back when they still looked like muscle cars. And is it chevy coming out with that cool pickup with the 50s-style. I always liked that style of truck. After all, my favorite monster truck has always been Gravedigger, and it has that classic style.
food: I'm hungry, I could really go for something hearty and meaty right now. But all I had was a pop tart.
