TV commentary:

Walking Dead- Everything is all wrong now! How could they kill off Andrea? I was hoping they'd eventually turn her into the bad-ass she is in the comics, but apparently not! And what the frick, 2nd season they spent way too much time on the farm, now they're spending too much time at the prison! I was expecting things to go to crap like they do in the comics, freeing the survivors to move onto the later storylines from the comic. But they insist on dragging the Woodbury stuff out!

Game of Thrones- Heh, I like how they don't even explain how Tarly got away from the white walkers. Other than he somehow ran away fast enough, and the one walker that did go after him were dispatched by Night Watch dudes who the other zombies didn't see?

But heh, I bet Cersei is missing naive Sansa now! I mean, Sansa had barely hidden contempt their, but she was controllable. But with Margaery, there are already machinations going on, what with her starting to wrap Joffrey around her little finger.

Justified- Whew, when the bad guys had Winona, I though they were gonna have some typical, "Raylan has to figure out how to save his wife and outwit her captors without giving up Shelby" all episode. But nope, he (and Winona!) basically kill all those guys in the first ten minutes. But looks like Winona's alive for now, I guess showing up whenever she has free time from the Following.

Not alive? Nicky Augustine. His thugs let Raylan know he and her family is on their "list". So Raylan has Boyd get in contact with Nicky for a meet and greet. Nicky's not armed, so Raylan can't try and shoot him and say he drew on him, but he did contact Sammy Tonin and since there's no love lost between him and Nicky, and Nicky is outright telling people he's gonna try and take over, Sammy pays off Nick's men and shoot him dead. They don't even wait for Raylan to leave, as Raylan says he's suspended right now anyway.

Its interesting, because Art told him to stand down and not worry, because with the bad blood between those two gangsters, he figured the problem would take care of itself. Raylan helped the situation along, and what he did was pretty crooked, but its kinda weird because its not like the Feds were trying to take Nicky in anyways, they were just gonna sit back and let the war play itself out. I mean, they practically had the same attitude as Raylan, only they just didn't happen to be there at the time.

Also, Ava gets picked up moving the body, having been double crossed by Lee Manners. The only reason Boyd didn't get trapped was because Raylan dragged him to the meet with Nicky. And having gotten some bit of revenge by sending Ava to jail, those Harlan country gentry guys foolishly let Boyd go, thinking there's nothing he can do to them anymore. Even Cassie reveals herself as the one who tipped the law off, not Ellen May. I'm thinking Boyd will exact some sort of revenge next season, especially now that he's gonna make serious bank as Wynn Duffy's man in Harlan now.

But, he wanted those riches with Ava at his side. I liked the parallels this ep, what with Raylan and Ava seeing their woman go off without them. Actually, it was kinda interesting that Raylan threatened to "pick up" Ava if Boyd didn't help him with Nicky, because isn't that what Nick's thugs were doing, using Raylan's woman as leverage?
