Cool, youtube musician Megan Nicole and that Legend of Zelda violin chick did a cover of "Starships":

It automatically gets bonus points for replacing what I've referred to as the "noisy" parts of the song with violins.

WO blather- Unlocked Honda, Lu Bu, and Xiahou Dun today, so along with the others I've already unlocked, I guess Kojiro is the last of my favs left to unlock? I'm sure I'm forgetting someone, there are so many damn characters in this game.

TV commentary:

True Blood- What's with the faux vampire incest with Eric and his "sister" Nora? Where they all, hey, Game of Thrones is chock full of incest, and it's a hit, let's do that. I mean, obviously Eric and Nora aren't biologically related, and only refer to themselves as siblings because they were both made by Godric. And its totally fine for vampires sired by the same maker to screw around, because they're not really brother and sister, but why refer to each other as brother/sister whilst doing it?!

But ha, it took me longer than it should to figure out why Sookie would think Alcide would be mad at her for killing Debbie. I was all, he would understand, Debbie was trying to kill her, and then I remembered, oh wait, Debbie is his ex. Even if Alcide shunned Debbie, there's still a connection there.

And wait, so the whole thing with the creepy doll last year and the fire, so they're saying the one ghost lady (nor Rene) actually had nothing to do with the fire, and its yet a third ghost who's possibly haunting Terry for some mysterious thing he and his squad did in Iraq. (If Scott Foley's character is to be believed).

I won't even get into the offensiveness of Steve Newlin as a vampire, I mean, did they really have to play it that way? And hey, look who's not really dead. ( spoiler cut )

By my count that's 28. And I just learned the game has 132 characters, not 120. Wow, I'm surprised that I've unlocked 104 already. Granted, I've only been playing a select portion so far. But looking at that list, I guess there's plenty of characters I like I haven't unlocked yet.

WO blather- Cool, I unlocked all the Wei except for Guo Jia (but I only need to beat the stage that unlocks Fan Castle Redux and do that to get him) and all the Jin. Plus, I finally got Kojiro, who is seriously my favorite character now. Heh, I was wondering why you needed Zhang He to unlock him, but given they're both femme, I can't believe I didn't realize they'd both think the other was awesome. Heh, in one of their conversations, Zhang He compliments him on his nice skin, and asks him if he puts anything on it, wherein he responds he finds the white makeup a nice contrast to all the blood he spills on the battlefield.

So yeah, I figured Kojiro and Kotaro Fuma go together because they're all freaky and evil and femme looking with the makeup and earrings and wot-not:




But I was wondering who could be the third man on the team, and Zhang He makes perfect sense:



I mean, he kinda matches both Kojiro and Kotaro perfectly! But yeah, I think that may be my new favorite team next to my Wei warriors three (Xiahou Dun, Zhang Liao, and Xu Huang). Then there's the sword masters- Musashi, Akechi, and Zhou Tai, and the big bad-asses- Lu Bu, Keiji, and Honda (or Achilles), and the ninjas- Hayabusa, Ayane and either Hanzo or Kuniochi (Nene is just too sunny). Heh, one of the convos between Ayane and Hanzo, she compares him to Hayabusa, except that Hanzo is devoid of anything inside, which he actually takes as a complement.

And wow, Ayane is a combo monster! On the stage where I got Kojiro, I would cut through hundreds of enemies in a non-stop motion, racking up ridiculously high combos (particularly when combined with her musou)
