Apr. 8th, 2012 08:34 amAh, so they released the remaining two tracks from the upcoming "Big Brother" ep of Glee. Both of them appear to be Quartie duets, which I'm sure makes all the Quartie-shippers happy, and those hoping Quinn would be singing with whoever they ship her with not.
I'm Still Standing- A cover of the Elton John song. I'm trying to remember if we ever had Quinn and Artie sing together before, but in any case, they do sound amazing together.
Up Up Up- Quinn and Artie doing the song by the Givers. Again, they both sound pretty good together. Is it me, or is the video for the normal song kinda hippie? And hipster-y too, I suppose. Can it be both? I wonder if this song will get more play because of this ep, I mean, "We Are Young" by Fun. started blowing up after it was featured on the show. Next thing you know its in all these commercials and stuff. Same with The Wanted's "Glad You Came". I had heard it last summer so when I saw it was being done on Glee, I was all, that's amusing. And now that song is everywhere. I don't know if it was just a coincidence or not, like they happened to use it right as it was getting popular (the other new British boy band, One Direction was starting to hit it big here, so that prolly helped too), but I'm sure they did help get it out there.
