turdburgler to do some shooting. Pretty nice place, though busy. Busier than normal today as one of their ranges was temporarily down, so we ended up waiting for about twenty minutes waiting for a lane. We both ended up firing about 150 rounds, T firing a .380, while I was firing 9mms.
Owel, people (well, T, and random people in the next lane over) say I did pretty well. But I suppose I have way too high standards for my own accuracy. I mean, I can empty most of a 19 round clip into a circle of a foot diameter at 10 yards, a little less at 15 yards. I guess more than a dozen rounds at a head sized target from 45 feet away is somewhat decent. Particularly since today was the first time I've fired a gun in like 5 years. I shouldn't expect to empty my entire clip into the bullseye having had very little practice.
