Apr. 3rd, 2010 03:35 pmSaw Clash of the Titans this morning with the usual suspects. It wasn't bad, just mundane. I mean, the ex-roomie slept through half of it, and I don't think he actually missed anything of importance. But hey, Gemma Arterton (not to be confused with Gemma Atkinson) is kinda hot in it.
Got a trailer for both the Expendables (seriously, do they have every action star of the past two decades in this? Stallone, Jet Li, Jason Statham, plus b-listers liker Mickey Rourke and Dolph Lundgren and guys like Austin and Couture, plus cameos by both Bruce Willis and Arnold?!) and The Losers back to back. I was kinda hoping for the new A-Team trailer that just came out to show as well, just so there'd be a third movie trailer of yet another movie with the exact same plot- a rag tag bunch of ex-soldiers taking on an army of baddies.
Afterward, hit Fires of Brazil. Did hit the salad bar before hand, but only to get a tuna-stuffed tomato and cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto. But had various meats, then finished it off with a cheesecake for dessert. Hit the Super Target across the street after to get some hangers, then killed time at the mall, mostly played around with the Ipad at the apple store. Before heading home, hit Rita's for a Swedish Fish Ice (like the candy) since it was a nice warm day out. Some dad was telling his son corny jokes, and the family in front of me, the mom was getting all mad because her daughter and the clerk were flirting.
