Today was my last scheduled furlough day, so just had a three day weekend. Saw Green Zone on Saturday with [livejournal.com profile] clevemire. The trailers made it look like it was gonna be another Bourne movie that actually wasn't a Bourne movie. I guess because it was done by the guy who did the second two Bournes and Bourne himself, they wanted to market what worked in the past? In any case, it wasn't at all like the Bourne movies, more political thriller than action-er. The plot was kinda predictable but still compelling.

Sunday, went to Jimmy John's for lunch with [livejournal.com profile] turdburgler and [livejournal.com profile] zarathrustra94 then back to their place for geek fun with M and ND. After that was done, headed over to the ex-roomie's for some Arkham Horror with the usual suspects. Tried it with two of the add-ons, though I don't think the ex-roomie has a big enough table for more of the extra pieces.

Anyhoo, he left the telly on a music channel, and the Human League's "Human" came on, which made me think of an 80s video not done by the Human League, but I was thinking it had league or company or love in the name. And it was driving me nuts today trying to figure it out, because last time I recalled a video that I couldn't remember (about a bunch of high schoolers celebrating at some post-graduation party remembering the times the had or something), it took me several years to figure out what it was (which turned out to be Eve 6's "Here's To The Night").

But yeah, all I remember about the video is that it had a busty chick and some really gay looking guys and it looked all old and renaissance-y or something. I finally figured out it was Army of Lovers' "Crucified". Which after reading the comments on the video, realize I only know from Beavis and Butthead, just like the Lordz of Brooklyn and that Ween video where they look retarded.

Not that I spent all day trying to figure that video out. Got a haircut, did laundry, and took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation since it was that time. So, actually did get some stuff done.
