Sporcle quizzes:

100 most popular boy names of the 2000s in the USA- I only got 37 out of 100. And what the, my name just narrowly misses being in the top 10, edged out by people with [livejournal.com profile] clevemire's name. cliffv('What's up with that?!') Anyhoo, I was like struggling for names, I just started naming guys I knew, friends and family (yes, your kid's name is on it [livejournal.com profile] zarathrustra94 and [livejournal.com profile] turdburgler!), co-workers, etc, then male characters from shows and comic books, and still only got a little more than a third. Looking at some of the ones I missed, what's up with these boys born in the oughts getting faggy names?

100 most popular girl names of the 2000s in the USA- I did worse on this one, only getting in the 20s. Though this one they got me with the alternate spellings. It seems like girls had more variations on names than boys did.

Name the TV character- 20 out of 25. The only one I didn't actually know was the guy in the lower left who's apparently from Weeds. I didn't watch the Wire or the British office, so I didn't know the name of the one guy and Ricky Gervais' characters on those. I didn't watch Mad Man either, but what's his name was on the tip of my tongue the whole time, same with the Bewitched lady.

TV commentary:

Friday Night Lights- As much as I like Julie's cute ass, out of all the HS characters, it would be the most ridiculous if she didn't end up leaving Dillon for college. spoiler cut )
