Jan. 7th, 2010 09:05 amHopefully it doesn't snow too bad, because I still have to come in when it snows. All the maniacs driving in today have shaken my faith that there won't be idiots on the road tomorrow. Like on my way in, this Expedition blazes past me on Atlanta Road doing 60+ mph and they even blow through a light. Not in a, "the light turned red just a few seconds before" kinda way, as in the light was red, and as soon as the intersection was clear, they just went on through. Who ignores traffic lights!? I suppose they could have an emergency, like they're trying to get a sick person to the hospital, or they're rushing to meet some deadline lest they get fired or their company goes under, or it could be some guy rushing to tell some chick he loves her before she leaves his life for good. But yeah, anyone can tell you I'm not a slow driver, so when I'm getting passed, those people are maniacs!

Name the Office Surnames- I thought I was doing bad, but then I had a second wind near the end and got 17 out of 24. Karen's last name was a bitch to figure out how to spell. And it shoulda been 18, but I'm an idiot. I knew Oscar's last name was a typical Hispanic sounding name, so I just started guessing those, and one of them actually ended up giving me Angela's, since they share the same first 5 letters. And I was pretty sure that was his actual last name, but I didn't bother trying to type it in again for some reason. The others I missed where Ryan, Erin, Stanley, Meredith, Darryl, and Charles.
Name the HIMYM characters from the actor or actress- 9 out of 13. Obviously, the 5 main characters were gimmies, and I remembered Sarah Chalke's character, but I could not remember Wayne Brady's or Ashley Williams' characters. I mean, I knew they were Barney's brother and baker chick Ted dated in s1, but surprisingly enough I couldn't remember their characters' names. Anyhoo, I figured cab driver guy, bartender guy, and waitress chick were on there, so even though I didn't know the actor/actresses portraying them's names, I just guessed them, figuring they'd be on the list.
Its weird that Malcolm in the Middle Dad (or is he Breaking Bad guy now?) is on this list, but I guess he's been in a few eps. The last one I missed, I was all, "who the eff is that?" but looking it up, I guess I remember him now.
Other stuff:
Ain't It Cool has some pics from Scott Pilgrim up. Colored wigs on chyx is normally hot, but I don't like the way MEW's hair looks. Well, any of the chyx's hair in that one pic. (I assume that's Knives Chau and Kim Pine?) As for the other pic, when did Scott Pilgrim use a flaming katana? Speaking of flaming, how flaming did Hugh Jackman sound when he was all hjv('Paparazzi!') on whatever the hell talk show he was on last night?
