May. 12th, 2004 08:01 amBack at work. Nothing to say about that. So I'll talk about the rest of Tuesday night TV. As said in the previous post, last night's ep of GG was pretty interesting, and next weeks looks even more interesing-er.
The current Palmer storyline on 24 is stupid. But one thing good you can say about 24 is that they've shown no one but Palmer and Kiefer are truly safe. Well not even that, as Kiefer was clinically dead in s2, and Palmer was at death's door at the end of s2. So it actually makes things tense, because on like other shows where you can say, "they're not gonna kill of X!" on 24, they actually might. That whole Jane Saunders/Michelle exchange was indeed tense. And it did build up to something exciting.
Now on to OTH, it was so obvious just from the commercials that Brooke was just playing Nikki for some plan she and Peyton cooked up. And what's with the sapphic scene with the two of them (Brooke and Peyton, that is). Yeah, its prolly not as lesbianic as it looked, they prolly just slept together, not slept together. But seriously, it looked like Peyton was at least topless under those covers. So until they say otherwise, that's what I think happened. It'll just be one more thing in the list of shockers in that finale. Not a shocker, they didn't make it past the first game of the playoffs. It was the season finale, you think they'd just have them play the first game and end there? And they spoiled the whole Keith/Deb sleeping together in the commercials. But there was still Dan's heart attack, Whitey's complications, and then Nathan and Hayley not only doing it, but getting married so they could. Which is ridiculous, since I don't think two 16 year olds can get married without some sort of consent. And the whole waiting to your married thing doesn't mean, marry in high school just so you can hook up. That's totally ridonkulous!
Owel, that's all I have to say for now, back to the daily grind.
