(no subject)

I was dreading this morning because of all this ice storm talk. Sure, everyone else is, "Cool, it can be a day off!" Unfortunately, my job requires I come in regardless, so it offers me no advantage. It was surprisingly warm this morning. I don't know what the exact temperature was (I think the weather channel listed it somewhere in the low to mid thirties) but it didn't feel as cold as other mornings. And I got the Intimidator back from the shop yesterday and its up to 95% operational capacity! My heater works again! It was a pain in the ass these past few weeks when I was forgetting my gloves and my hands were freezing on the steering wheel.

Went to Taqueria Del Sol for dinner last night. The parking lot was crowded. But it seemed like there were way more cars than the number of customers both Taqueria Del Sol and Bacchanalia could handle. So Krug and I were all, "Where are all these people?" 24 was the only non-repeat last night. That show is full of whopping morons. I mean, Kim must be one of the dumbest girls in the world. What's with her BF being a karate master? That was out of the blue. And Poor Man's Cate Blanchett just pisses me off too. Its like, nice poker face! And there are these things called white lies that you can tell instead of saying something that causes people to immediately get pissed off!

Oh, I forgot to bring my damn lunch again! Dammit. And I really wanted to try one of those new Swanson's Hungry Man Buffalo Strips.

Holy crap, this is like the slowest day ever. Nothing interesting has happenned yet. I spoke too soon. Just heard some gossip about a certain mad cute girl. It was four or five years ago to the day that I first tried asking her out but to no avail. (Yep, the day before my b-day) I remember the hilarity that ensued following that. (sorry psyched_out!) So it is somewhat appropo that on this day I hear that she's getting married. Dang. But seriously, I'm totally over it, so congrats to her and the lucky guy!
