red lights

Yeah, this is two and a half hours late, but I had a meeting and things to get done. What's up with red lights?! I hit every single damn red light on the way here to work! How is that even possible?! Ah'm skeptical! Incredulous, even.

So I was just sitting at my desk and happenned to look up and noticed a webcam on top of the shelf. I wonder how long that's been there, spying on me!? Actually, I think I'm right under its field of view and its pointing towards the front door. Its not on though anyways.

vitamins and ministers

We're #1! After getting our ass kicked last week, we came in first this week. Exciting game too. We did pretty good, getting most of the questions. Except for the first round, we matched this other team point for point. We were still tied, even after the final round, so it all came down to a tie breaker, what do Washington, Lincoln, and Columbus have in common? We said cities, whereas the other team said holidays. While holidays is sort of correct, the quiz master was the final arbiter of what the answer was. Thus, while three people who have never been in my kitchen is apropos, it is not the correct answer. Anyways, we get the $50. Although it looks like it only applies to a bar tab now as opposed to food. And with a lightweight asian girl, a guy who doesn't drink, and myself with my sometimes allergic reaction to the stuff, its a little less useful then free food.
