laundry day, nothing clean

Since the apartment is sans washer and dryer, I went over to Krug's to do laundry. Killed time by watching videos on m2. Saw one by Norah Jones. I had heard the name, and the song sounded familiar. It was prolly on one of those WB shows. Or as Scott reminded me later, she was on a poster in Wax N' Facts, so maybe that's why I recognized the name.

Anyways, went to IHOP w/ Krug and had the Colorado Omelet. You know, the one with 4 kinds of meat inside? I usually migrate between that, the breakfast sampler, and the sausage, biscuits, and gravy. The omelet was good, but perhaps I should've gotten one of the other dishes with grits. I still have yet to try this "grits and eggs" thing peeps keep talking about.

Afterwards, we hit Media Play. They had the Norah Jones CD for $10, so since Krug owed me $10 since I charged dinner, it all worked out. How fortuitous! (That means lucky!) Went back and watched an ep of Frasier, which I hadn't seen in a long time since so many other things are on on Tuesdays,(They should move it to Thursdays, dammit!) to kill time until my laundry finished up. Then headed home and folded laundry while listening to the Norah Jones CD. Yeah, a simple and uneventful night.

Time

Hmm, time seems to be passing relatively decently. But perhaps that's because there's people to help and thus stuff to actually do. And yes, helping these people with their problems is making me learn new things! So this cross-training stuff is actually paying off. And no, I'm not just saying that because of all the hotties that come in! Speaking of which, there was this one totally hot intern today. I was both appalled yet intrigued by her outfit. Appalled, because she was wearing a bra that was way darker than her blouse, so you could totally see it through her shirt. And the colors contrasted. Talk about a faux pas! Its like Scott and his over-sized shirts! But anyways, it was hard trying to stop the eyes from moving down there, not only because of the color contrast, but because her blouse and bra were real tight and clingy, so there was nippage poking through the fabric. Well, that and guys are pigs and their eyes are naturally drawn there anyways.

I got the last doughnut! Its Krispy Kreme though, and everyone know's I'm a Dunkin Donuts man myself. But like I've said before, I'm not one to turn down free food.

(Oh, and he's not a happy camper! Sure, she's a wicked cutie, but its almost the end of the workday!)
