Cold

This cold front vexes me terribly. I mean, just a week ago it was nice and warm, now its freezing in the mornings. I hate that, because it slows me down. It took me an hour just to get ready to leave for work this morning! And what's up with meetings taking longer than an hour!? Argh!

Owel, I'm also annoyed with so many season finales being on tonight. Buffy, 24, Smallville, Gilmore Girls. Its too much!

Its kinda quiet on all fronts. And I need a pushpin! Hmm, they have switched from Matrix to Shrek. Perhaps I'll watch some of that.

Same old, same old

I've prolly asked these things before:

1) what's up with people who wear those T-shirts with a picture of a tux front to formal occasions?

2) How do they handle both people in the showcase showdown being exactly $100 away from the retail price? They both get both prizes? Sudden death?

Need Caffiene boost. I guess all the new students and people coming back from break are all processed with working accounts and stuff, so there's none of that. And some people are at meetings, I think, which is why it is so eerily quiet. I could scream, but I think my co-workers would find that quite strange. At least if I was still in operations I could get away with that. Heck, the background noise is so loud there they prolly wouldn't even hear me. It disturbs me greatly that this constant humming of machines will prolly wreck my hearing eventually.

I'd like to try Vanilla coke. Krug had one last night, but he was not impressed.

That guy!

Ha, I was listening to my co-workers discuss the proposals for the replacement phone system, and heard them mention that guy. You know, 1st on my "people whose ass I want to kick" list. Not that he's ever screwed me over in the past. He's just a really annoying idiot. Anyways, they know him through work and were groaning about how bad it would be if he started calling over here all the time. And it amused me, because they know him separately from me and learned not to like him all on their very own. And its not just limited to them. Its incredible the number of people I encounter who know him and also don't like him. I remember his girlfriend trying to get us to hang out with him more. She's all, "Oh could you guys do stuff with him, he doesn't really have any friends." There's a reason for that, you know!
