long time no hear

Whoa, I haven't written here in a while. Prolly because nothing exciting has happenned in the past week or so. Saw Super Troopers Saturday night, and keeping with my normal reviews, "It was cool. Marisa Coughlan is hot!" Tried calling my parents but they had gone to some party. Only I didn't know that. I called them, then the aunts, then their cellphones and Long Island also. But no one answered. Called Theresa to see if Elizabeth knew but alas, no. So I talked to them a bit and then called the parentals again and left a message and got a callback a few minutes later.

There haven't been that many new eps this week. Angel was new and so was 24. 24 was pretty awesome this week, the end was exciting. Even if it lacked continuity since Jack was shooting it out w/ Gaines and crew w/a glock, even though he came in with a Sig p229. It wasn't Eli's gun, or the gun Rick gave to the chyx, because Jack started using two guns, neither of which was his p229, and I believe he left one gun (not his p229) behind w/ Eli's corpse. He just took a clip and left the gun.

Anyhoo, ate at St. Charles last night. Sadly, Jenny-waitress wasn't there. Had a Phillie Hoagie and Turtle cheesecake. Scott and I came to the realization that those folks there might think we're gay, because there are gay couples there and it seems like lots of couples in general go there for a date. Whateva. Got back in time for 24.

Got a haircut yesterday actually. Its short. I got a rookie since the boss haircutter was showing her how to do it. But I think it turned out okay.

I'll prolly hit Oggsford after work and pick up groceries. Supposedly Scott and Holli are going to Burrito art for dinner and Scott said I could tag along. So I'll prolly tape DC. Speaking of which, I hear many people thought last week's ep was the worst episode ever, because witty banter with your mugger is ccv('Inappropriate!')

Actually, I finally saw Some Kind of Wonderful all the way through on Tuesday before my haircut. Previously, I always came in when he's getting ready for his date w/ Lea Thompson. Cool flick. Had no idea Candace Cameron was in it. And Lea Thompson and Mary Stuart Masterson are hot! But the movie is dated. They make fun of MSM for wearing boys underwear, but now chyx wear boxers all the time! I've always liked the end. You know, Eric Stoltz runs after MSM, and she turns around all teary-eyed and "What?!" And she seems shocked, but happy that he's there. But she's still a little confused and unsure if its true that he's come back to her, because even as he goes to kiss her, she pulls back. But then they kiss and he tells her she knew she was gonna get the diamond earrings, and she's all, "No, I hoped" then they walk off and he tells her she looks beautiful wearing his future. Then they play "I can't help falling in love with you" It just gives you warm fuzzies.
