Owel, what a week. Saw that french movie Amelie on Thursday night with S & S. It was pretty cool. Nice, feel good movie. Went to La Fonda Latina after that. Somehow lost my security card between showing it at the theater to get a student discount and work. Had to get a new one for $25, which sucked, and my new one currently doesn't work, so I had to check out one of the temporary badges.

Friday went to that faux Fogo de Chao, whose name I can't recall at the moment, with Krug, Chris, Matt, Scott, and Sato. It was good though, even if it was expensive (though not as expensive as Fogo) Lots of meats. For those of you who don't know what a Brazilian Steak House is, its this cool place where they just bring you lots of different meats (sausages, bacon-wrapped sausages, steak, chicken, lamb, etc) and its all you can eat. I ate a lot, needless to say. After, went to Chris's and played GTA3 for the first time. Awesome game. I whole heartedly recommend it to any PS2 owners (and X-box owners when it comes out on that)

Saturday, went to Max and Erma's for brunch. Got the horseradish burger, so I was dipping the onion rings in horseradish sauce. It was good, but there were times where I was all, "Ack! Too horse-radishy". Played some more GTA3, then saw "Not Another Teen Movie" at 945pm. I enjoyed it. Mia Kirshner is my new favorite actress. I mean, she was cool before for playing a school-girl stripper in "Exotica" and a hottie lesbo assassin in "24" among other things, but her parody of SMG's character from Cruel Intentions was awesome!

Which brings us today. Stuck alone at work since Todd is on vacation. Its 8am and I have 11 more hours to go. That really sucks. There better be some good cartoons on Sunday morning.

Pathetic

Alas, there is nothing on TV. Finished most of my duties, so I'm just sitting here bored, watching 16 Candles on TBS and listening to CDs. Started with Madonna, then went to Tara Maclean, then the Buffy musical soundtrack, then the Corrs followed by Linkin Park. Have the Charlie's Angel soundtrack on right now. Actually cranked it up during Spandau Ballet's "True" and was singing out loud to nobody in particular, pretending the TV remote was a mike. And I still have 8 hours to go! Surely there must be something entertaining to do.
