Aug. 26th, 2001 04:02 amWhat kind of jerk makes a little kid sleep in the car by himself when they're on the run from some crazy supernatural killer because he's trying to score with some chick and wants the motel room to themselves?! I'm appalled!
Anyways, I'm here at work again. I don't normally work Saturday nights, but I'm covering for the so-called Greatest Man Alive while he's on vacation. I don't mind, I have to be up this late anyways. So I had my fun Saturday night then went to work at 1am. Saturday night shift is actually pretty busy with all these huge dumps going on. You're constantly changing out tapes and wot-not. But like I said before, I have to be up anyways when everyone else will eventually be asleep. There's TV and an internet connection at work, so at least I have that to keep me amused.
Anyways, when I first got into work I was checking my usual entertainment gossip webpages and heard Aaliyah was killed in a plane crash. I was skeptical so I checked CNN's webpage and turned it to MTV because I figured that'd be the breaking story on MTV news if it happenned. Sure enough, it was true. That sucks. She was a pretty talented artist. And young, too. At least younger than me. You just feel old when there are famous celebs who are younger than you that aren't little kids. And its tragic when they die.
