geebsSpent the morning sawing and drilling through concrete tile. Dave must have been doing something weird last friday, because I didn't have nearly the amount of trouble he seemed to be having. The sawz-all cut through the stuff like a hot knife through butter. The OC-perfectionist in me was displeased with the ugly look and the fact that things weren't perfectly straight. I tried to measure things out perfectly so everything would fit like a glove, but alas, I wasn't able to get things as precise as I wanted.
My hands and arms were caked with concrete dust, making me feel dirty. But hey, after I finished washing up, there was free pizza being offered. And free food is always good. Thankfully, the afternoon has been somewhat quiet, only a few tickets to fill here and there, and even those were all delegations. And its 10 minutes til I clock out.
