Jessica Jones- A little less than half way through, some minor commentary so far. Oh god! You know, while Jessica can be mean to people trying to help her, she is totally right to be skeptical of Jeri. I mean, Jeri's been portrayed in the various netflix series as more good (hiring Foggy, giving Danny legal help) than bad, but lets not forget, she's done some pretty bad stuff. I mean, the death toll in the first season would've been much smaller if Jeri didn't try to make a deal with Kilgrave.
So just to remind you, she's not one of the good guys, she was totally going to try and use Pryce's lawsuit to strongarm Jessica, until her sickness made her take a different tack. But yikes, as soon as Jessica was giving her statement to the cops about the mysterious lady and all the IGH stuff. You could seriously see the moment Jeri was all, "Hmm, IGH can perform all sorts of medical miracles!" and know she was going to eff things up and screw over Jessica by trying to make a deal with IGH to cure her. Maybe I'm wrong, but that totally seems like that's what's about to happen.
Also, I had heard rumors of Trish going to use Simpson's inhaler to get super soldier powers, and was thinking, I guess its bad because those things have harmful side effects. But as this season reminded us, Jessica isn't the only mess on this show. Trish used to be an addict too. So I didn't even think of the implication of her getting addicted to combat drugs!
