Flash- Wait, there was a third option. When Killer Frost was about to kill Amunet Black, Iris is all, "You don't have to be a killer!" So Killer Frost... lets her go? I mean, she didn't have to kill her sure, but she's still a dangerous criminal, they could've just captured her!
Legends of Tomorrow- What is this dude, a cat? So part of Mallus plan involves resurrecting Damien Dahrk. Looks like the guy is recruiting minions from all across time and space?
Also, was that one guy a direct ancestor of Dr. Stein, or just a distant relative? Because if it was the former, you'd think there'd be some line about being careful not to kill the guy and cause Stein to be unmade.
NCIS- I know what they were trying to go for there, but it doesn't work. So the guy they were able to free possibly did do the crimes, but its not like the missing witness statement was the only evidence pointing to him possibly being innocent!
Like I wish they gave more reasons for Fornell to "be sure" he was the guy other than "I have a gut too!" Because as it is, they made a good case for the guy to be wrongfully convicted, so it wasn't that much of a dilemma.
That guy's pretty cocky though all, "Look at me, I can swing a bat with my left arm too!" Its like, okay, they might not be able to get him on the Navy guy again because of double jeopardy, but there are still other kills there that they could get him for if they tried! The whole, "I got away with a crime and there's nothing you can do about it!" only works if there is indeed nothing they could do about it. But they have four other murders they could try to get him on!
