IASIP- That one scene was kinda shocking, which was kinda a crazy contrast to the rest of the ep. I mean, I kinda guess that's where they were going to go when Charlie pulled the train out of his pocket. I just didn't expect them to switch to the black kid version and actually show the kid get shot! That's pretty dark even for a show like IASIP.
But yeah, its a little weird, given the rest of the ep was more absurdist and wacky being all musical and stuff. Heh, I did get a kick out of the Scott Bakula stuff, from Frank thinking Dee said "Blackula" to Bakula's solo about losing all his money and working in a retirement home as a janitor. Heh, at first I was thinking, what is Scott Bakula doing now, and I totally forgot for a second he's the star of NCIS: New Orleans.
SVU- Huh, that was kinda graphic! I mean, Carisi's face getting splattered with blood after Liv shoots the bad guy. Like it just seemed like way more blood than they normally show in scenes like this. And they spend like a long time just framed on his blood soaked face.
And as I've said before, Liv and IA guy being a couple still weirds me out. Like I'll watch old episodes, and if you told me back then that they'd be going out, I'd say you were out of your gourd!
