Flash- Heh, that's such a weird concept. Harry has to be heading back to Earth soon, but they need a Wells, so they decide to search the multiverse for a Wells willing to make the trek over and fulfill that role. I mean, its so... humbling? Depressing? Like, "Oh, you need X, but they can't fulfill the role, so just cast a net out and find some other version of them!"
It is funny that they say they work better with a Wells, since technically, the first time around, it wasn't him they were working with, it was Thawne. Then they met Harry so it seemed to work out well, but right now they actually only have one Harrison Wells to go by, so its not like they have evidence that a Wells is objectively what they need, as opposed to someone who's really smart.
In any case, they settle with hipster douche Wells. Which to be fair, is still somehow the best choice of the ones that answered their call.
Interesting though, looks like Caitlin's secret may soon be out of the bag. She ends up secretly using her powers to help Barry get out of a mirror, and though she did it when no one was looking, it seems Harry has his suspicions, which he shares with Cisco. But yeah, later when she's showering, her lips have started to turn blue and her hair turn white, so the gang may all know soon enough.
But heh, I was amused that Harry mentioned that Earth-2 had a Mirror Master who used a mirror gun, since this Earth's MM was a meta who had weird powers concerning reflective surfaces. He also has a partner Top, who's power is more Vertigo like, rather than the original's ability to spin really fast. Weird, I totally didn't recognize that was Ashley Rickards at first. I mean, once I found out that's who it was after they were in the "present" it was obvious it was just her with blond hair. But I guess in the flashback she may have been wearing a wig, which made her look different?
Speaking of, heh, I bet all the Captain Cold fans are all pissed. They thought maybe he was coming back somehow from the previews, but it was one big tease like Deadshot on Arrow. We only see him in a flashback, and the second time he shows up is really just a holographic trick by the good guys to lure Mirror Master out.
Glad to see Barry got over feeling weird about having sexy time with Iris. Its like, she's freaking hot, and Joe said he didn't care! What's wrong with you!?
Agents of SHIELD- Well, they don't have to worry about that now. Jemma catches Mace in a lie, so now she has blackmail material to finally get out of all the mandatory lie detector tests.
Speaking of, he does reveal to the world he's an Inhuman, but its not all that shocking, because he was going to do that eventually I thought. I mean, at the start of the season, they purposely picked an Inhuman to be leader to make things more palpable to the Inhumans. So that fact eventually has to get out there, else it defeats the purpose of picking him.
Hopefully Daisy comes back soon. May gives her a lecture about her whole self-sacrificing, staying away from people so they don't get hurt thing is bullshit, she knows because she invented it. The people who care about her won't ever give up on her, no matter how hard she tries. She may not have asked for it, but tough, you can't control who cares for you. That's the bit of hero stuff that always annoyed me. Keeping away doesn't necessarily keep them safe, so you're sacrificing the time you can be spending together for nothing!
