Oct. 12th, 2016 02:47 pmME commentary: Things have been manageable on insanity so far (I prolly just jinxed myself). Though as I said before, if
sparkyboy can do it with his frickin negative cooldown sentinel, I should be able to. The only part I'm really worried about is dodging the Reaper lasers in Priority Rannoch.
But yeah, I'm kinda annoyed I freaking saved Ashley way back in ME1, I'd rather have Kaidan. I mean, marksman is bugged in the game, and playing an infiltrator, I don't need another soldier-type. Vega's more durable and Garrus has better secondaries. Marksman is cool and all, and she'll definitely shred things when its activated. But Vega and Garrrus already do that, marksman doesn't make her significantly more lethal.
Kaidan being a sentinel just opens up more options. I was going to beat insanity without doing any of the DLC just to get the achievements, and the do the DLC after. But since there's less chance of error when editing a new save at the beginning, I may new game plus again but just change it so Kaidan is the alive one in the beginning, and then do another run with him.
TV commentary:
NCIS ojv('Man, its obvious!') I knew it was going to be the one rando who seemed like a loser. They had too much focus on him for him to be a minor player, and the fact that he seemed like an idiot meant he was just pretending to be some cheapskate nobody.
Glad to see the case got Mcgee to stop being an idiot and actually proposing to Delilah now instead of waiting 6 months for the sun to be right for his Washington monument proposal. Heh, I did get a kick of him just hitting the emergency stop on the elevator and Delilah's eyes bugging out and being all, "Are you allow to do that?!" Because the team does mess with that way too often. You're not supposed to touch that! And I wonder if other people wanting to use the elevator get pissed because Gibbs and his team are constantly stopping the elevator to have secret private conversations?
Agents of SHIELD- Bah, screw Elena's friend! The whole turning her back on Yo-yo was a little heavy handed, but the friend (and the other guests) did seem to come off like monsters. So, the Watchdog guys show up saying they're here to find and execute an Inhuman. Its one thing to come in all threatening saying they're looking for an Inhuman. Maybe one of the hostages can justify turning the Inhuman in by being all, they don't know what these gunmen are going to do. Are they really so prejudiced that they'd just be cool with these guys executing someone right in front of them?
But hey, looks like SHIELD is publicly back! Hopefully Mace really is on the level. It was cool that he did let Jemma help May no argument. But he might be too good. Also, I wonder if they were going to mention he was Inhuman? It sounded like part of the reason they put an Inhuman in charge was to put the Inhumans at ease.
However, given the events of this ep, and him saying, "Oh, these weren't really Inhuman attacks, they were people trying to frame them, SHIELD has verified this!" it may not go over to well if people then learn he's Inhuman, because he'll lose credibility in their prejudiced eyes. I mean, they'll prolly be all, of course the Inhuman director is going to say it wasn't Inhumans, he's covering up for his people!
