12 Monkeys- Crazy ep for the season finale! So Cole and Cassie are living in the Witness-House, having decided to just make a live for themselves there. And Cassie is preggers!
Only Cole starts experiencing time anomalies, wherein he meets a crazy lady played by Madeline Stowe (heh, movie stunt casting! I guess she's the only one they could really get, since they're not getting Bruce Willis or Brad Pitt), who says he has to fix things before its too late. He's skeptical at first, but she has him go to the forest, where he sees it has started to turn red. She has him consume tea made from the red leaves, which allows him to time jump without the machine.
And so he goes back in time and stops that guy from killing the last primary. And so he and Cassie splinter back, where Jones is back alive, and has been surviving all alone (since the rest of the group had still gone to seek Titan) for a year. In that time she's become quite the bad-ass, having to fight off scavs.
And so, they use the machine to splinter to the convoy, where they hook up with Dr Adler, Jennifer and her Daughters. Jennifer finally manages to get her daughters to listen, and they go to Titan. Things start to play out like last week, only the gang shows up to save Ramse, Whitley, Deacon and Hannah in time.
They slaughter dozens of cultists or whoever, but they don't find the Witness. Everyone wants to take off since this was a trap, but Ramse still wants to find the Witness. So Cole humors him, and they split up to search the base for the Witness.
They soon discover that the base is a giant time-traveling machine, that starts to splinter. The group tries to get out, and Jones, Whitley, and her daughter (as well as some randoms) make it out. However, Deacon sacrifices himself to give Jennifer time to try and escape. Only she is hit by a stray beam, and splinters into 1917 France, in the middle of WWI.
Ramse is cornered, but saved by a random cultist, who takes him off base to meet with the striking woman, who is no longer with the Armies of 12 Monkeys. She offers to take Ramse to see his son.
As for Cassie and Cole, Cassie starts to remember the time they spent together before Cole undid it by going back to kill the Messenger. They almost make it off Titan, only for Cole to be pushed out, and Cassie is grabbed by some cultists. So she gets taken away to wherever Titan splinters to.
When Jones and Cole make it back to base, Jones figures out Titan (which is based off her husband's work) traveled to the future, 2163. And we see Cassie brought into a weird audience room filled with cultists, and a red robed person, who Cassie thinks is the witness. But its just the Pallid Man. And he sees the Witness is here- in her womb!! So apparently even though Cole undid their future together, she was somehow still knocked up from that?
But hey, it looks like people who suspected the Witness was Cassie and Cole's kid were correct!
