TV commentary:

Arrow- rjv('cold blooded!') Yikes, I know Felicity felt betrayed and all, but wow, that was kinda mean, nerding out to his face over how well she packed her stuff FOR MOVING OUT AFTER BREAKING UP WITH HIM. And then she was being extra sassy afterwards, even though Ollie was being all hangdog the whole time. Like way to bite his head off even though its not like he was being a dick or anything!

But heh, Cupid comes back as the villain of the week, which is cool because I always like seeing her. Broken up over Deadshot's death, she's on a mission to destroy love by going after famous couples about to get married. So, Olicity have to have a fake ceremony to draw her out. Heh, its weird that Felicity seems to be oblivious that Ollie doesn't want to be broken up. Like, she shows up in her dress and he's breathless and she seriously has no idea why?

But then ha, again Felicity being salty with the mean vows, and then Oliver gives his vows and I bawled for like 10 minutes because I'm totally ghey. Okay, not really, but they were really sweet, and anyone who doesn't think so is a G-D robot! And then Cupid interrupts the ceremony, but Felicity manages to convince her that love is for real, renewing Carrie's faith in it. And they capture her.

Which, its pretty hilarious that the news said "Olicity's wedding foiled!" HA, I can't believe they actually used the portmanteau! But alas, despite all this, Felicity acknowledges that they love each other, but she just can't trust Oliver anymore, that he won't choose to lie to her because he thinks he's protecting her.

Other stuff, Laurel has to show they have enough evidence to go forward with the trial against Darhk, who's claiming he's a Morovian citizen who was also kidnapped along with Ollie's son. The hearing doesn't go well, so Lance resolves to go on the stand and admit to being Darhk's pawn to prove he's a criminal mastermind. So, that's enough to take Darhk to trial. But, since he admitted to working for Damien, even under duress, he's suspended.

And yeah, he was under duress, though that might not matter to some people. I mean, its not like what he did was minor. He was in the dark for some of it, but dozens, if not hundreds of people were killed because of his help. His lieutenant is sympathetic, and obviously Laurel understands what her father went through, but I won't be surprised if other people in the police or DA's office want to throw him under the bus though. I wouldn't put it above Darhk's people to apply such pressure just to get back at him.
